Returns & Exchanges
At LaraV, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, our returns and exchanges policy is here to help.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
- Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags intact.
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Process for Returns & Exchanges:
- Contact Us: Please email our customer service team at info@larav.co.za to initiate a return or exchange. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Ship Back the Item: You will be responsible for the costs associated with returning the item to us. Ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
- Processing Your Return: Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process your return or exchange. Please note that the cost of any new shipments will also be borne by the customer.
Delivery Policy:
- Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 2 working days.
- Delivery will be confirmed via email with a booking number.
- Orders are shipped using a courier service or the local postal service.
- Delivery Lead Time: 3-7 working days.
- Delivery Charges: A fixed delivery charge of R150 applies across South Africa. Orders above R1000 qualify for free nationwide shipping.
Export Restriction:
- Our online store currently serves customers within South Africa only. For international orders, please email us at hello@larav.co.za to receive a quote that includes delivery costs outside South Africa.
